Fall Again

I was in love.

I had found the perfect love ever.

Sure, he couldn’t seem
To be to himself,
Walk in a straight line
When he wasn’t asleep.

But I had that feeling,
Just that little spark
That made me burn
His heart was warm
And I knew it was him.

He would become
My new best friend.

I was to have many heart warming
moments with him.

We would go head to head
With some of them.

Curiously.

We laughed, played and had fun together.

We were happy.

So intent on learning about me.

How could I not fall in love with him?
