If you have bad dreams
try and open your eyes and to breath deeply
and normally while the nightmare is ending
It may feel like your eyes are glued shut,
it is harder than opening,
them when you are having a good dream…
Get someone to sleep with you,
if it gets really bad,
perhaps get a friend to sleep over.
They’ll help calm your mind down
for more than one night sometimes.
Try not to watch scary movies,
imagine good things,
think of good things before
you go to bed.
Positive agreement and positive thoughts help,
if these dreams still occur tell a professional,
or a trusted family member or friend,
someone who will not tell someone else.
The main key is to relax,
keep even, deep breathing pattern
also helps to clear your mind
to think positively.
