Safe harbour

My ship waits in the harbour
I knows it’s safe here, but
Soon I’m coming home to stay,
Though I’m not there yet.

So I close my eyes
Waiting for my ship,
To sail.

And when It does
It will sail for me,
Across the great Sea.

Across waves forty feet high,
Staring fear straight in the eye,
Nothing will scare me.

Because my love awaits
For me safely,
Upon the other shore.
