Looking back on memories
With a feeling and a sense of awareness,
Nothing is broken and faults unaware,
Simply the answer is that I find no flaws.
That doesn’t mean to ignore them
But if you need nurturing,
Those instincts are with me,
And I would forgo luxury,
For a life with you more challenging.
If we hadn’t done it, what would we have,
I might have not had met you,
And there is the only one true gift,
The gift of you.
